Terms of use
OMEGA Roleplay ("OMEGA", "we", "us") is an independent GTA V roleplay community on FiveM. By using this website, the forum, our Discord or our game server, or by pre-registering, you agree to these terms.
Ownership and copyright
© 2026 OMEGA Roleplay. All rights reserved. The OMEGA Roleplay name, logo, website, artwork, written content and original game systems were created for this project and developed from the ground up by Tosan, who owns them together with OMEGA Roleplay.
You may not copy, resell, republish or reuse them, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
OMEGA Roleplay is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar Games, Cfx.re or any other rights holder. Grand Theft Auto and all related trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Your account
- Give accurate details and use an email address you own.
- You are responsible for your account. Keep your password private and don't share it.
- You may register one main account and one alt account. Each needs its own email address.
- You need a legal copy of Grand Theft Auto V to play, and you must meet the age requirements that apply to it in your country.
Pre-registration and Early Access
Pre-registering reserves your place and gives you the Early Access role on Discord, and the Early Access rank on the forum if you provide your forum name. It does not guarantee a launch date, a specific feature or a place on the server. Referral codes are issued by us and may be withdrawn at any time.
Conduct
Follow the rules published on our forum and Discord. Cheating, harassment, hate speech, scams, spam and attempts to attack or abuse our services are not allowed. We may warn, suspend or remove anyone who breaks the rules, and we may refuse or cancel a registration.
The service
OMEGA is a community project provided "as is". We work to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or end any part of it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use our services means you accept the updated terms.
Privacy policy
This explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it. If you have a question, email [email protected].
What we collect when you pre-register
- Your email address
- Your password, stored only as a one-way hash
- Your Discord username and ID
- Your forum username, if you provide it
- A referral code, if you use one
- Your IP address and the time you registered
Why we use it
- To create your registration and verify your email
- To give you your Early Access role and rank
- To connect your registration to your game account when the server opens
- To send you messages about your registration and the launch
- To prevent fraud, spam and abuse
We don't sell your data and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
How we protect it
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and passwords are never stored in readable form. No online service can be completely secure, so please use a password you don't use anywhere else.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers for hosting, security and email delivery. They receive only what they need to provide their service.
How long we keep it
Registrations that are never verified are deleted after 1 hour. Verified registrations are kept for as long as you have a registration or account with us, or until you ask us to delete them. Web server logs are kept for about 14 days, and backups are replaced on a rolling basis.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, including the UK and EU, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies
The forum uses cookies to keep you logged in and to run the site. A security cookie may also be used to protect it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
