Complaint Submission Requirements
- All complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of the incident.
- Evidence must be uploaded exclusively to the following platforms:
- Screenshots: imgur.com, imgbb.com.
- Videos: youtube.com, streamable.com, or medal.tv.
- Video evidence must not be cropped, edited, or otherwise altered. Recordings must be at least 1 minute long, unless the entire incident can be clearly understood in a shorter recording.
- Complaints must be submitted by individuals directly involved in the incident. POV evidence must be recorded by the person involved in the situation.
- Repeatedly posting topics of the same nature is not permitted.
- Insulting other users or deliberately provoking them into responding with insults is strictly prohibited.
Grounds for Complaint Rejection
The administration reserves the right to reject any complaint that fails to meet the following requirements:- Incorrect Format: The submission does not follow the required complaint format.
- Insufficient or Altered Evidence: The evidence has been cropped, edited, or does not provide sufficient context to assess the incident.
- Unapproved Hosting Platforms: The evidence is hosted on a platform not listed in the approved sources.
- Late Submission: More than 48 hours have elapsed since the incident occurred.
- Inappropriate Conduct: The complaint contains insults, disrespectful language, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour.
- Lack of Direct Involvement: The complaint is submitted by an individual who was not directly involved in the incident, or the POV evidence was not recorded by a person involved in the situation.
